Return Eligibility
Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns received after 7 days will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged through our fault.
Proof of Purchase: To request a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, order number, or receipt.
How to Request a Return
Contact Customer Service: Email service@atariens.com with the subject line "Return Request - [your order number]." Please include your order number, the name and quantity of the item you're returning, the reason for your return, and clear photos of the item (especially if it's damaged or defective).
Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your return request within 24-48 business hours. If your return is approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed packaging and return instructions. Returns: Please securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) or suitable alternative packaging. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the packaging. Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your package.
Refund and Exchange Process
Return Product Inspection: Upon receiving your return package, our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition and whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Refunds: If the returned product meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your returned product for an item of equal or different value, please indicate this in your return request email. Once the returned product has been inspected and found to be acceptable, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. If the new item is worth more than the returned item, you'll pay the difference. If the new item is worth less than the returned item, we'll refund the difference via your original payment method. If the return is due to an error on our part, we'll cover the shipping costs for the exchange item; otherwise, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
